drawin.c: check for integer for x, y, width, height
This adds luaA_getopt_integer, luaA_optinteger and luaA_checkinteger. Lua 5.2 does not have support for this, but it would be available in Lua 5.3. Closes https://github.com/awesomeWM/awesome/pull/320.
