Emmanuel Lepage Vallee 0a39d196c7 wibox.layout: Add the new 'ratio' layout 
This layout allow each widgets to take 'r' percent of the total
space, where 'r' is configurable.

It re-implement the 'wfact' system used by `awful.layout.suit.tile`
