We should be able to build the default awesomerc.lua with the type definitions.

The objective here is:

Create a teal project with the required configurations for these type definitions to work
Grab the file from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/awesomeWM/awesome/master/awesomerc.lua
Rename it to awesomerc.tl
Fix the issues that the file can have (modifications have to be the smallest possible)
Build and successfully run the config

At this point, job's done 🎉
