Now that we have moved to Teal, we need to be able to produce artifacts from the CI/CD pipeline to access the produced files.

We want to :

Produce a package with the build resources
Produce a package with the Teal type definitions generated from running the program

Blocker for this ticket is that Woodpecker-CI currently doesn't support artifacts.

We can use something like MinIO to store artifacts. There is a woodpecker plugin working with MinIO: https://woodpecker-ci.org/plugins/S3%20Plugin.
