# Stable

Stable version is [2.0](awesome-2.0.tar.gz) (codename: *Fruit Fly*). Be aware that configuration file format is not compatible with 1.x versions.

Developement versions of awesome can be download as tarballs using git snapshot [here](http://git.naquadah.org/?p=awesome.git;a=summary).

You can also grab a git copy by running:
