Previously, clients were displayed even when they were not tagged
or minimized. This was fixed in the shims. However, some examples
never created tags, so the client were never tagged, thus no longer
displayed.
One is a real bug introduced by some ruled.client changes which
cause the clients to be moved twice in the first loop. This needs
fixing, but is mitigated for the doc.
The other is mostly fixed in the last commit and was a shim bug.
This allows to figure out if a test will generate an image without
having to run it. The long term plan for this is to run the tests during
compiling ("make") and not during configuring ("cmake"). Since the list
of files to e.g. install needs to be known during configuring, this
commit is a necessary step in that direction.

This uses DOC_HIDE magic in the actual test code, except for the
template.lua files which do not have it.
