doc: Add a constructor stereotype for everything.
...
This forces the constructor functions to be at the top of the API
documentation rather than in a random position.

Remove @release @AWESOME_VERSION@ everywhere ( #1157 )
...
It does not provide much value. The version number is already known to
ldoc globally in the "description" variable.
