tests/example: Add vim modelines
...
This uses DOC_HIDE magic in the actual test code, except for the
template.lua files which do not have it.

placement: Fix incorect use of the border_width
...
The code and tests assumed the border was equaly applied around
the geometry while the {x,y} pair of the geometry include the
border.
